The Basics
- Check In: 3:00 PM (Please plan to arrive after 3:00 PM - We appreciate your cooperation)
- Check Out: 11:00 AM
- Maximum Occupancy: 14 guests (children over 2 are counted as guests
- Deposits must be received within 7 days of date reservation is made or reservation will be voided

Deposits
- Weekly rental requires 50% deposit (payable by check or money order only, please)
- 3-night stays = $325 deposit (payable by checks or money orders only, please)
- A damage deposit of $500 is held with credit card. Damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within 14 days following departure, provided the following:
- No damage done to unit or its contents beyond reasonable wear & tear
- All trash and discards are placed in appropriate cans & dirty dishes are cleaned and put away
- No linens are lost or damaged
- All charges accrued during stay are paid
- All house keys are returned and unit is left locked
- Deposits are non-refundable. If a medical emergency should occur during your stay, we can reschedule any remaining days of your stay as our reservations calendar permits

Payments
- Full payment is required 15 days before rental commencement
- Please make payment in the form of money orders, cashier's check, or personal checks payable to Eddy Bay Lodging (advance payment is not a damage deposit.)

Cancellations
- Cancellations will forfeit any payment you have made towards the rental. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of deposit or rent.
- If a reservation must be rescheduled, the deposit may be applied to the revised dates.
- Deposits are non-refundable. If a medical emergency should occur during your stay, we can reschedule any remaining days of your stay as our reservations calendar permits.

- Sorry, no pets in the Lakeside Cabin

Smoking
- Unit is non-smoking. There are ashtrays on outside porches. Thank you for your cooperation.
